Baby massage

It’s a natural impulse, our baby’s distressed so we soothe them through touch.

Studies indicate that touch may increase parental bonding, decrease stress, reduce length of hospital stays and might even have an analgesic effect without risk of side effects.

There are so many positive outcomes for your little one through baby massage, so why not give it a go! We’re happy to provide one-on-one sessions or to hold a workshop for a group of parents.

We trained with the International Association of Infant Massage which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.

Homemade hearty veg and pearl barley soup to end a 24 hour fast (water only). 

In this time, where so much of the external is shaping our day-to-day lives, it was interesting to focus on the physiological, emotional and mental effects of not eating for a period of time. Focusing in on the self again, listening in to the body and the mind. I'm glad I did it 😊
