Many of us take the time to look after ourselves by taking part in physical activity, whether this is a gentle jog round the park, a hardcore weights session or a traffic-dodging cycle to work.

Sometimes our body lets us down and we get the odd tweak.

Having trained in sports massage and worked with a professional sports team, we will assess your injury and devise a plan of action to get you back and fighting fit again. This treatment may incorporate massage, dry needling and taping.

This was the weekend... when those foolhardy/heroic souls started to get serious about @londonmarathon 
We saw plenty of knee issues, tight calves, quad imbalances,  plus folks sensible enough to come see us for preventative measures.
