As mothers ourselves we know how tough pregnancy can be on your body – things start to ache and the daily routine takes a little more out of you.

As with all our treatments, we’ll listen to what you have to say and then devise a treatment specifically for you, so if your lower back aches that’s what we’ll focus on, tired feet – no problem, generally feeling knackered – we’ll help restore some of that much needed energy …

We trained with Suzanne Yates, the renowned teacher and author on all things pregnancy related.

This was the weekend... when those foolhardy/heroic souls started to get serious about @londonmarathon 
We saw plenty of knee issues, tight calves, quad imbalances,  plus folks sensible enough to come see us for preventative measures.

We're always in awe of those who take on the challenge, whether seasoned athletes or debut charity runners and after 10 years working on your bodies we have 3 key advice points: - ⚘Nip that niggle in the bud early
