As mothers ourselves we know how tough pregnancy can be on your body – things start to ache and the daily routine takes a little more out of you.
As with all our treatments, we’ll listen to what you have to say and then devise a treatment specifically for you, so if your lower back aches that’s what we’ll focus on, tired feet – no problem, generally feeling knackered – we’ll help restore some of that much needed energy …

What you might want to know:
- Massage is safe in pregnancy in every trimester but we’re very happy to have a chat with you if you have any questions about this.
- During your massage you’ll be treated in the most comfortable position for you.
- We always use oils that are ‘safe’ for you and your baby
